Earlier this month my mother changed credit cards and the old one that you guys charged was cancelled so you guys told me to update my payment information, well when I tried to put her new card information in it was declined and it told me to try again. It also did this with my debit card. But today my mothers card was overdrawn because you guys charged it and we thought that it wouldn't so we would appreciate a refund thank you
