Mobile Payment Method

In Turkey, my service provider Turkcell, offers a payment method called Mobile Payment.

They make payments on behalf their customers, then charge them via their bills. It's that simple.

Spotify mobile program also has an option to give us freedom to choose any valid payment method. So far so good.

Things have changed when i decided to convert my account to family premium. My payment method changed back to credit card payment, and i no longer be able to change it to mobile payment method. When i try to do it, system still indicates that you're now getting Single Premium and will be charge for 13.99 TRY (Single Premium price). Even if i try to do it from family premium page it still does the same.

I need help asap. by the way, yes, i'm not robot.

Hey @mragetheottoman, welcome to the Community!

It's not possible to pay for Premium for Family through your mobile service provider. If you'd like to go back to paying through them, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and resubscribe through them.
