Money was taken from my account but my services have not updated to premium

That doesn't sound good. Let's see how we can fix it 🙂 

First, let's make sure you're logging in the correct account.

Try the following:

1. Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
2. If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
3. If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Because I never receive a receipt in my email, this helped nothing. I checked my account statement and you guys charged me and I have yet to receive updated service. I'm getting very frustrated because I am continuously being directed to the help website that has no solutions or directions that will get me either my money back or my service upgraded.

Hey again @Palmer32, don't despair! 

Firstly, your account page showed up as Premium? Make sure to check your Spam folder in case the receipt is there. If you still can't find it, it's worth a shot to check any other email addresses you may have since when upgrading you should have gotten it. 

Also, have you gone through the survey link I posted above? It should also help.

first. i haven´t got a premium account, i had looked and i have it on free.

but this month spotify take 10€ from my paypay.
