Monthly payment and not email received

Hello,

 

I'm receiving a monthly charge in credit card from Spotify but I don't remember my account and I don't receive any email related that charged.

 

I had a Premium suscription with Movistar (telephone number [removed]) and at the same time a direct Premium subscription. I realized I was receiving a monthly payment time later.

 

Now, I would like to use the Premium suscription I'm paying, but I don't know what was the account I created.

 

Meanwhile I have created a Free account with the email [removed], that supposedly must be the same email address that my direct Premium suscription.

 

I'm attaching a screenshots from my credit card payment. I can give you my credit number but, I'm not sure how secure is this mean.

 

Please, could you help me?

Hello, yes I have just checked agian and no Spotify communication is
received.

Did you sign up for Spotify with your Facebook details? If so, you need to log into Spotify with those details.

 

If you don't remember, have you tried searching for "Spotify" in your email search box (If it has that feature)? If anything comes up, look for an email confirming that you subscribed to Spotify Premium. In that email, your username should show. If it's a bunch of numbers, that means you need to log in with your Facebook details.

 

If all else fails, I'd suggest contacting Spotify. You can do this in a couple of different ways:

  • Twitter (twitter.com/spotifycares)
  • Contact Form (support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support) // If you get an automated email redirecting you back here, reply to it, even if the address says no-reply.

Yes U did and no mesage was.

The problem is that I don't remember the email address with what I did the suscripcion but I receive every month a charge in my credit card and I can't enjoy the music.
