Multiple accounts - can't login to premium

Hello,

I originally had a free Spotify account that was associated with one email address and my Facebook account. I then had a Premium account, but I can't remember the login for it. I'm getting charged monthly but I can't login to it or cancel it. I tried entering all my email addresses but only the original, free one is recognized by Spotify. My email receipt from the Apple store does not have any information about my Spotify user name that is getting charged monthly.

Is there any way to gain access to my Premium account, since I'm being charged, if Spotify's website can only find my free accont?
