Multiple use not available when more the one user is online

I have the family account, allowing more then a few devices to be logged into with one username. However only one person can listen to music when everyone is online, otherwise someone else takes control and stop the previous person listening to their music. How can all of us all be online at the same time without going offline??? I've been paying for this family account go a while now and it hasn't worked... help?

Spotify Family allows you to connect more than one account to the same payment plan. You have one account that is the owner of Spotify Family and then you connect other accounts to that account by inviting them.
