Music is CONSTANTLY pausing.

I have a Galaxy s6. There is an ongoing problem with my playlists pausing after one or two songs and even in the middle of a song. I have to literally go into the app to resume playing the song (s). This is very frustrating when trying to workout or do other activities that don't allow stopping to log into my phone and go into the app. I am a paying customer and this has been going on for nearly a month.

Well, it ususally happens if your internet is not stabilized. Did you try to remove and download the app again?
I had a very similar problem and this worked for me.

It has nothing to do with internet or data. I have removed ad reinstalled the app multiple times. This has been going on for a month and I'm ready to discontinue my account and get Amazon Prime.
