My MacBook Pro shows up TWICE as offline device. How can I get rid of this one of them in order to not hit the 3 device limit?

Hey @poolsidestudios 🙂

If you have two MacBook Pro’s, I would check to see the one you have used Spotify on the most. The date that says “7/31/18”, that is the most recently used device.

Do you listen on the web player or the app?

Let me know, I’ll be happy to help.

Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear.

The reason I am stumped is that I only have ONE MacBook Pro and don't want to lose my carefully curated download decisions.

So if I remove one of them how do I know it's not the one that holds the current settings?

I know that the one with the most recent date SHOULD technically hold all my information but at the same time if there's an error in the syncing with Spotify's database that allows for two entries of the same device to exist then at this point the odds are that something is messed up and that information isn't reliable...

Nope, not using the web player either, btw

Sorry to hear your having problems with this. No worries though, I’ll be here to help.

How long ago were you using Spotify?

Let me know, I’ll see what to suggest!

I've actually used it last yesterday and today 7/31

Thanks for the reply! Then, I would delete the one that says: 7/16/18

Let me know how this goes 🙂
