My Spotify Premium isnt working anymore. PLS HELP

Im Premium member like 1 year.. but since 28.Februar it isnt working anymore.. all offline music from my iPhone is gone and my PC tells me to upgrade Spotify.. 
Relogin doesnt helped..

deinstalation -> instalation again doesnt work..
i got no double accounts or something i used it from the begining with my facebook.. and i havent changed my pw/email or smth like that.
my last payment was (sofortdaueraftrag) 27.02.2014 Spotify Finance 9,99€.

 

PLS HELP THE SPOTIFY SUPPORT TEAM ISNT ANSWERING ME !?!

same problem here. Got a Premium Account since May 2013 and the payment is done since than via "Sofortüberweisung" and since today I'm unable to use my premium functions. Please help!

Hi there, I have the same problem. My premium account doesn't work since Friday. I already contacted the support team, but there's no answer yet. Can I do something else or should I just wait for a reply? Thanks! # 01284083
