My acccount has been banned

I asked to get my payment back beacause i did'nt know why 9,99 euro's got off my account. I wanted to reset it but couldn't find it anywhere. I think spotify banned my account for not paying. How do I get my premium account back and pay again?

yes, it says my password or e-mail is incorrect. and i can't acces my account details.

@Astame it wont load the page if i sign in there. It looks like they blocked me. If they unban me I will pay it back beacause it was an accident. But is not cool that they don't ask me if it was a mistake. They just take your account...
