My account has PREMIUM but no EMAIL?????

I'm going to start and say that this account is not my premium account, I made my premium account as a student with my school email which is how I got Spotify premium in the first place. Now I'm being told that there is no email being associated with the account I still have premium for. I am paying for a spotify account I cannot log into. How do I get access or close down the account? This is seriously horrible for me.

I cannot reset my password because the email for some reason is no longer attached to my account and my account isn't connected through facebook because I do not have a facebook account. I would say the email address was changed without my permission but when I went to login using my username I got a message saying there was no email account connected to my account. The only thing I know is that I'm paying a monthly subscription for an account I cannot access.

Click on "Logging In" then "I can't log in" and then click the "I still need help" button to fill out the form.
