My daughter gets no password reset email...???!?

Hey there,
i have a problem. Today i bought a family account and i wanted to add my daughter account, but she forgot her password. Therefore we wanted to reset the password, but she gets no email with a reset link in it. :?

We tried it several times but had no luck. We checked spam filter and stuff, but there was no mail, too.

What's the problem here??? :?
Has anyone a hint for me...and maybe a quick hint because we are leaving for vacation by tomorrow and she wants to download her playlists via WiFi.

Please help. This issue is killing me...and if i can't solve it until tomorrow my daughter will kill me. 😉
