My money

I just paid 10.59 for my membership on the 14th n it took out another 10.59 on the 18th witch is today how can I get my money back

I have been double charge for 10.59 on the 14th n again on the 18th I contacted my bank n they said they will make a clam for me but I had Spotify for about nine months now and this never happened to me so I just hope the issue gets resolved so I can continue my happy subscription with you guys thank you !
