My music is on the wrong artist profile

My music is on the wrong artist profile

I'm not sure where to post this, but I've been struggling with this one issue where instead of my publisher creating a seperate profile for my album, instead uploaded it to another artist's profile with the same name. I tried contacting Spotify Support and the publisher too, but I feel like they are currently ghosting me and I don't know if this issue of mine is ever going to be resolved. And also cause I don't have a profile, I can't even login to Spotify for Artists to fill out the form for when your music gets uploaded to the wrong artist.

Thank you for trying to help. But

1. Can't connect to Spotify for Artists since I don't have an artist profile.

2. Used a publisher not listed and has been silent since.

3. Talked to Spotify Support and same thing is happening.

 

Hopefully one of them will reply soon.

Unfortunately, we do not have technical capabilities for URI links.
We do not attach releases to profiles, we just distribute releases to stores.
In this case, users contact store help centers directly.

Thanks for your patience while I've tried to get this looked into for you.

 

Can you please try submitting an access request here? Make sure to include details like your release or track and links to your official social media accounts. You need to try to make clear that the artist page you're requesting access to isn't actually yours but your content landed on it.

 

If you're unable to enter such text there, it's definitely best to reach out to Artist Support here since you don't need an artist page for that.

Thank you but you have sent a link to claim an artist profile, which I don't have. The Artist Support link might be more fitting. I'll try through there. I have contacted the publisher to provide updated metadata to Spotify to seperate my music from his profile. And they won't respond till Monday since that's their next working day.
