My playlist followers count is not updating

Hi,
I wonder if anyone has come across this problem before. I have recently noticed that the number of followers I have for one of my playlists, is not updating itself, even though I am regularly receiving notifications for new followers. The problem exists across OSX, IOS and Android apps, and I have tired both logging out/in, as well as re-installing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the response. When I did a little investigation into the issue a few days ago. I found that when I logged into Spotify with a spotify account, and followed my playlist (which is under a different account), the follower count increased. But when I logged into Spotify using a Facebook login and followed my playlist, the follower count did not increase. I cannot now replicate the issue but it would be good to know if the actual number of playlist subscribers matches the spotify count. I will use the contact form as suggested.
