My playlists are gone!

Hi,

Please help. My playlists are gone...

I was using FB to log in to Spotify. And yesterday after I reinstalled my PC, I wanted to download PC client. Then it asked me for password, so I simply took the choice to reset it, as I did not remember it... then all my playlists are gone....

I was using my FB account (I can provide email when requested)

log out and back in with your facebook credentials (email address and facebook password). If you can't remember your facebook password, you can reset it here.

I tried it, several times... I wrote the solution provided in the other thread does not work...

Strange because this normally only happens if you are logged into the wrong account. If you use the contact form mentioned in that thread, someone from spotify will get back to you.
