My profile, followers, and people I follow are all gone.

I logged into spotify today to find that my profile was gone. I still have my music, but no profile. All I did was change my facebook password. Anybody know what happened and if it'll get fixed?

What device is this on? Did you log in with your facebook-registered email address and not a username?

It's on windows. I logged in as usual... my email that I use for facebook and the new password.

Could you try launching spotify from your facebook page instead. Just play any spotify music link from there and see if that helps.

Huh, didn't work. I searched for some artists I liked and it said I was still following them, so the info is still in the system. When I searched for friends who I follow or who follow me, they don't show up. Could it be that facebook isn't linked anymore?

It seems unlikely but what happens if you try to connect your account to facebook on this page?

It says I already imported. I think I'll wait a couple days and see if spotify sorts the info out. Thanks for all the help. 🙂
