Offline access withdrawn - I have 3 devices

Offline access withdrawn - I have 3 devices

My offline access on my mac keeps being withdrawn and I have a premium account.

Spotify is installed on my mac and on my two mobile phones.

Could you please identify and fix the problem?

You can now check and mange offline devices from your account profile under the offfline devices tab.

Thank you for your response, but I do not want to remove my offline devices.

I want to keep these three.

 

Does that page show more than three devices? If so, removing one should fix things. Otherwise, it's just a glitch which happens very occasionally but you should be able to simply redownload music to the Mac.

No, it shows just the three.

I am able to re-download the music but it keeps happening very often.

Is this a known problem?

If so, do you know if Spotify is planning to fix it?

It happens but very infrequently and it is incredibly annoying. Just in case there is something strange happening on your account, get in touch with the support staff so they can take a look.

 

If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
