My Question or Issue

I was previously subscribed to the student plan. I've realized that I am no longer subscribed to the student plan. I was paying for a regular plan for 4 months and now I want to change back my regular plan to student plan but SheerID gave me error message it says you used this offer and there is no information mail about my student plan please help me.
