I am facing an issue that my username is weird code(21ubbwqf7aej4ozdcits73p7q) instead of my name kindly anyone can help with that?

Your username is designed to identify you on Spotify and it can’t change.

However, you can add a display name instead. 

When I search for the username you provided, it shows a profile with a display name: AhmedKarbash.

If that's your profile and you're not able to see the display name, I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify app. Just find your device in this article and follow the steps provided there.
