I have uninstalled logged out deleted every trace of spotify I can find on my main pc as there is not a single song on the platform that I can find that is playable to me on my account as it sometimes happens with my Macbook pro (less than 6 months old with very few extra apps downloaded). So why can't I play anything on my account when I pay for premium!!!!! Starting to lose patience.

Could you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one.
It's also a good idea to try with another account on the same device to check if anything changes. Does that make a difference?
In case nothing changes, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing? We'll look into this further.
