Name has incorrect punctuation

As shown in this photo, My Artist Title is "Oh Jeremiah" with no comma in between the "Oh" and "Jeremiah". I have checked the linked facebook account and my name in spotify is correct. This "created by" on one of my playlists is the only place where the name is incorrect. Is there any way to remove this comma?
