Need Support

so,something strange happend to my account a few monthes after i went premium.

Ive been a premium user on spotify for at least a couple of monthes when it accoured,one day the app on my phone started doing me some issues,stopping the songs in the middle(noting me its being playing on an unknown device),playing me other songs(in french),at some point i realliezd that my account has somehow been used by someone else as well(it important to me to mark that my account was mine and mine alone,no one,my friends,my family knew my password),Ive tried disconnecting the account of all devices more then once with no help(i guess somehow my account and the other's person got the same id on spotify servers).

This went for a couple of weeks,songs I've never listened to were in my playlists, and i couldnt use spotify,i felt hopeless...

One day when i opened my account i saw that my username changed from yardenart(or something related to my name) to "21ldlo6eochi5u7wrthmsbdva",i didnt realize what was happening and so are my friends that followed me,when i follow other people on spotify they can not recognize me.

I've been searching for help on the community and on the help section,just to find out that a username cannot be changed,also there is not email or any tech suppot that may help me.

I just want my username back,or at least a username people can recognize me for,I'm paying good money for my account,the minimum that i think i deserve is that.
