Hey there @Smexzz, welcome to the community!

If you go here, there is a link on the right-side said labeled "Sign out everywhere." This will log you out from all devices. 🙂 

Also be sure you change your password for your Spotify and/or Facebook to prevent them from logging in again!

Doesn't this only work on desktop computers?? Tried the 'sign out everywhere' option but it only got me logged out on my desktop, still signed in on my mobile phone.

Well it worked for me.
My tablet app stopped the split second I clicked the button on the pc browser window.
My PC desktop player took at least two minutes before it just changed to the log in screen.
