Need help changing password

Hi,

I no longer remember my password because I always just log in with Facebook, but now it seems like someone else is using my account and has changed the account email. So I can't change the email because I don't know my password, I can't make a new password because I don't know the current one, and I can't reset my password because the wrong email is attached to my account.

What should I do?

I have the exact same problem! And he keeps listening to f-ing salsa.

My account is connected to Facebook and I can't reset the password for my spotify with my originally registered e-mail.

Seems you need to reach out to customer care. Just follow this link and you will get to the contact form. Tell them about what happened and they will ask you a few questions in order for them to be able to get you back to your account.

Its on the main page if you go on About section 😃 There is one anonumous form where you dont need to log in, and another one for when you are logged in to your account 🙂

No worries, just let them know what happened and they'll get back to you pretty soon. And PS, if you happen to notice that your music is missing, just let them know the date you remember you had all your music in tact and they will restore it for you 😉
