Need help please

So I've been paying every month $9.99 and it's saying I'm a free member. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.Now I can't remember what my username/email is.I noticed there is no phone number to contact anybody which is quite irritating!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further in recovering your account. They will probably need to verify a few details to prove you are the owner of the account in private.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. They should then reply back within 24-48 hours.
