My Question or Issue

 I don't have access to my account and being charged every month and not being able to listen to music how can I cancel my premium and  stop being charged for something I am not able to listen to.

Hope you’re doing great! 

 

If you’re not able to access your account, you can recover your account following the steps in this support article. 

 

Once you’re able to log in, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
  2. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
  3. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
  4. Click YES, CANCEL. Your account page now shows the date you’ll return to the Free service.

so i got premium for my old account like a month ago and i lost that account a couple a days ago and now i have made a new pne since i cant remember any info of the last account and is billing me when im not even using it so i was wondering i f there is anything you could do about thanks

When you log in, you should be able to access your Premium features again.

but i cant reset my password because i have none of my information because my phone reset so i made a new account so what can i do ?
