Need to delete daughter's account

I've just upgraded to a family account and sent the link to my daughter. However, when she tries to use the link or login to spotify she gets errors.

If she tries to use her email address to get a new password, she is told she has logged in via Facebook. If she tries to login via Facebook, it seems to silently fail and not allow her to login.

She created the account a while back and has never really used it. Starting a new account from fresh wouldn't be that big a deal. 

What would be the best way to resolve the issue?

So happy to hear that you upgrade to family premium.

I think that the best is to create a new account with another email and do the process to register in the family premium.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, but that's not really a solution. My daughter has only one email address. She shouldn't have to create a new one because of issues with the Spotify account system.

You're absolutely right, here is the site where you can delete your daughter account.

First click the link, then select Contact Us, the third option, and then you ask a spotify worker to remove it.
