New Spotify duo subscription issues

Today my partner and I got Spotify duo, and it was working on my phone for a few hours after purchase, but now it's telling me that my last payment didn't work even though it did, we got a receipt, and his account is working. When I click "update payment" it takes me to my account saying that I am on premium duo. I've already logged out and back in, used my username instead of my email, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I don't know why it isn't working. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the post.

 

Sounds like your account might have been locked by the system for security reasons. This can sometimes happen if you're logged in on a new device or have had a payment fail,

 

You should contact our customer support team through one of the channels here. They should be able to unlock your account so that you can enjoy your music again.
