My Question or Issue

 Hi there,

So, when I started at Spotify I had a Facebook account. I became Premium with this account. But now I ended my Fb accnt. And when I open my Spotify, I can't see, or change my profile name. My playlists are labeled " by null". I know I can't change my username (something about managers now using numbers and letters to identify users and something), but "Help" section says I can change my profile name. And I'd like for Gods sake find the profile name changing tool.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Hello @Luscas1332!

As you said, unfortunately at this time it is not possible to change an account’s username. The closest you can get is to link your Spotify account to your Facebook profile so that your Facebook display name is the one shown on your account.

If you are really desperate to change your username, it is possible to create a new account!
