No payment provider connected. Still paying!!

 

Hi

 

I have tried to cancell my premium account for a couple of months now. But every time I go to the manage subscription page I get this message

 

"You do not currently have a payment provider connected to your account."

 

But then I go to my Payment history and se receipts for the last two month of 128 SEK!

 

I can't cancell my account and It says that I dont have any payment provider connected to my account but the keep taking my money

 

I want you to cancell my account immediately!!

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

 

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

 

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
