Not Receiving Password Reset Emails

I've been away from Spotify for a while, and forgot password.  Submitted a password reset request, and was told a message would be sent to my email.  Actually, tried several times, but never received the email. 

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @rscrowley have you checked your spam folders as well, just to make sure if it's arrived yet.
