Not Receiving Spotify Emails

Hi so my father and I just set up a new spotify family membership and we are trying to register my fathers spotify account with my family membership slot. I have sent a confirmation email to my fathers email account however that did not show up in his inbox. Upon further inspection we found he could not remember his spotify password either so he tried to recover the account by using the forgot password option at the log in screen. This email as well as the family account registration email sent through spotifys automated system have not arrived in my fathers inbox, or junk, or spam. He cant sign into his account until he receives the recovery email and he cant become a member of our family plan making the product we paid for null. Please help and thank ya

Don't worry, our Accounts team can help your father recover access to his account, so he can accept the invite to your Premium for Family plan. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with his account's email address and explain the situation to them.
