Not getting a password reset email?

My Question or Issue

My girlfriend recently got logged out of her Spotify account on all devices, and cannot make a community post as she can not login. She goes to reset her password, and does not receive an email to do so.

Her username is “warriorcats.facts” and her info is below, I can give you the associated email if it would help.

She and I have tried multiple times to reset it, and the email isn’t in any spam folders. None of the options you’ve provided in that link are helpful.

Can someone manually send a reset email for her?

It took me around 24 hours to get the email back once. It may take some time to arrive

Hey there!

Can you let me know if this issue is solved now? If not, I'd recommend you check your Spam folder for any Spotify emails. You should also check your Spam filters and make sure Spotify emails are excluded.
