Not getting password email

I am trying to set up spotify on sonos i request the email so i can set my password but it doesnt come. I have checked junk folders and added the spotify email to safe sender list etc..

 

When i signed up for the 30 day trial of Premium, i got the email receipt for that, but not the password email

 

HELP - its driving me crazy

I've also edited some of your details from that receipt you posted. We really wouldn't recommend posting personal details on a public forum.

dunno whether you saw my post or can help... four days down of my 90 trial and we still cannot receive an email with password thru aol, i have alternative email address -snip- PLEASE HELP

Thanks for reading the post Richard, I see you removed the alternative email I supplied from it. I hoped this was a cut/paste so you could send me a personal mail with a resolution but...

I have tried numerous times to get a password for my virgin media TiVo. The email account does not seem to be accepting or "spotify" does not seem to be sending this to me. I have offered an alternative email address but still no luck. I am now 5 days in to a 90 trial and things are not looking good .

Hi Jackieleyland - I think I've spotted the problem here. You've made a new account via Facebook and upgraded that one to Premium instead of 'jackieleyland402'. 

 

We can help get Premium on 'jackieleyland402'. You'll then be able to log in with just that username and your Spotify password. No need to set a new password/ username. 

 

Just keep an eye on your inbox for me.

It can take a few days for the device password to be generated and sent.

Jlkirk - It can take up to 48 hours to come through, so sit tight. If it still hasn't come through after this, contact Customer Support. Just head to 'About us' above, then 'Contact Form'. They'll help you out as soon as possible.

I am getting to my wits end... facebook logins virgin media login aol login spotify logins grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

I like to think I'm quite savvy but this is doing my head in to the point I feel like chucking my keyboard across the room.

All I want is a code to enter in my TiVo to allow me to use the premium access I have activated on my facebook account. Can someone at spotify PLEASE email me an activation code so I can acheive this. For some reason I am getting no emails to my "@aol.com" address. I have checked spam and junk boxes to no avail. I have supplied an alternate email address for this which was deleted from the forum. The address I wish this code to be sent is :-  w******@hotmail.co.uk

Virginmedia assure me this is a problem your end and my 3 months free is dwindling

Jackieleyland - I've just sent an email to the email address above. I've also just deleted it, not a good idea posting personal details on a public forum.

I ordered a password for Spotify to be able to use Sonos.

I got the message that the link for the the password has been sent to my email.

In fact I haven´t got an email.

I tried several times, but I didn`t get an answer.

I sent a message to the support (number:00220043) , but I didn´t get an answer so far.

Please help me, it´s really important.

Hi Wikke - I can see an email has alredy been sent your way. Have you now been able to log into your Sonos?

Same problem.  I styarted this process because my lists/songs got disconnected.  Now have to log in independently from FB, but lost p/w.  Says it asent email, but never got it (Tried twice Sat  & just now). Help!  Thanks !
