Not getting premium ???

Not getting premium ???

I've paid for the 3 months for 0.99 but I'm not receiving it , I do have 2 accounts so I tried fixing it by adding the e-mail that I paid for the premium with to my Facebook account so that I could combine both accounts. However this did not work so now it still won't let me have premium and when I logged in with the e-mail that I paid with it took me to my free account ?

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 

If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
