Not renewing subscription

I have a premium subscription with spotify that's paid via iTunes on my iPhone. This month I have insufficient funds to complete the transaction (which isn't a first time occurance for me). When I opened the app after buying more iTunes money, it continues to act as if I have a "free" subscription. I've tried closing the app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app but I've had no luck with renewing my subscription.

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

Check the status of your subscription, and if it appears as Free, the payment probably didn't go through on Spotify's side.
 
For the time being, it's better to get your Premium through the website.
