Notifications Missing

I haven't received any notifications on my webplayer in over a month. Any ideas on why?

Hi! I don't mean emails, I mean the notifications on the web player. But I don't receive emails either. I haven't received any kind of notifications for playlist additions or artists additions in over a month.

Best thing to do here would be for you to check your notification settings and make sure you enable notifications you want to receive. 

• Spotify news and promotions on your profile page.
• Notifications (such as new followers, music releases) in your notification settings.

By the way, does it happen on the webplayer only? Are you receiving any kind of notifications on other devices?

I've checked the notifications already and they are ALL enabled. I don't receive any notifications anywhere, but the web player was where I liked to check out which playlist had been updated, so I miss it there the most. I appreciate your help!

Hmmm, that's an odd one. As far as I know of, Spotify has decided to not send an email or in-app notifications for when someone you follow add tracks to a playlits. Other than that, you should still get all your other notifications as usual. So I think the best thing to do here would be for you to get in touch with Spotify Support and they can take a look into this for you: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
