Offline mode and log in error

I switched on offline mode then i logged off and now i cant log in. Its says i need to connect to the internet while im already connected..

To check, what devices is this happening on? We'd suggest following the steps for a clean reinstall on each affected device. Then, restart the router for the connection you're using.

If it's happening on a mobile device, try it on cellular data, too.
