My Question or Issue

I just tried to connect my current account to my Facebook but I have an old account already connected. When I use a laptop to try and disconnect like the help says it doesn't show me the option for settings, it's just like the mobile page. I've gone on Facebook and removed Spotify from the apps but it gives me the same thing saying my Facebook is already connected. Would deleting my old Spotify fix this situation or make it worse? How can I change info so I can connect my current premium account rather than my old free one?

On desktop there is an option: disconnect from facebook which isn't there for mobile.

You don't see that option on desktop?

I didn't see it when I was on the website on a laptop. It just looked the same as the mobile site but on a computer.

I see what you mean.  You shouldn't use the website but the desktop application. Then go to settings or preferences and disconnect your facebook account.
