Old Facebook account doesn't exist

My Question or Issue

I cant access my spotify account on my ipad as its linked to an old facebook which i dont have access to anymore. I cant access the email account as i dont use that either and i cant remember the password for it. Its a premium account which im still paying for and i do have access to it on my phone but my username on it is a big list of numbers and letters. Is there anyway of moving everything over to a new account or changing the username and password for me? This account has all my songs and playlists that i really dont want to lose! Please help!

Maybe you don't have to create a new account you can try to reset your password. I'd recommend reading this article for more info.
