Hello Spotify support.

 

I have just signed up for the above offer, but it does not seem to have applied the offer correctly to my account, as it says I wil be charged 14-07-14 which is incorrect. 

Yes, I did sign in through the summer offer page.

 

Could you please fix it for me?

When did you sign up?

The 3-1 promotion ended on the 16th of June.

In that case, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate this in a little more detail for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
