Premium upgrade isn't recognized on phone

Premium upgrade isn't recognized on phone

Hi, I have the same problem as many, my premium account is not recognized on my android phone days after upgrading. It works in the web player. I have tried log in / log out and a clean reinstall already. My user ID is 12136058470. I log in via Facebook.

 

Please advise.

Hello. What does it say under "Subscription Status" here please. The username on your subscription receipt is the same number you quoted?

Hello Joe,

 

The subscription status is "Your Spotify Premium subscription will be automatically renewed 2014-09-12 and charged $9.99 + $0.10 Sales tax every 1 month, unless you cancel your subscription before that time."

 

Yes, 12136058470 is the number from the receipt and matches the ID shown under "Your account".

 

 

Are you getting an upgrade to Premium message or advertising in the phone app?
