How to help fight scams and cheats?

I was searching how to gift spotify premium and SO MANY SCAMS AND CHEATS came up! 😞 (ex. fill out this survey/download this text file/share us on facebook etc... to get a $60 Spotify premium code/12 months of Spotify Premium for free etc...)

How can we help fight these? Either peoples' computers get infected with viruses or artists are not getting paid for their music and Spotify is not getting paid for its service. Is there anywhere that we can report scams and cheats and Spotify will combat them?
