Our Spotify for Podcasters account is not allowing...

We received notification that Spotify for Podcasters was being transferred to a Spotify account. No problem! While successfully being able to login once to the normal Spotify login portal, now we are stuck in a vicious loop of not being able to login. 1. When typing in our credentials, it says we have an incorrect password. When pressing "forgot my password", we never receive an email. 2. When clicking Google sign in, we receive an error has occurred. We really need some help recovering our podcast page if possible. TIA - Alex

Hey @ahaltom24

That error may be a connection based error which means the Spotify client was unable to communicate with the Spotify servers. Normally it does mean your connection is being prevented by a firewall or other security software - but it can also be caused by other factors.

You could try to connect using a different Wifi network, or a different device, just to see if it's a local issue or a network one.

Uh oh, it looks like our podcast isn't searchable in Spotify anymore and all old links are broken 😥.

I'm having exactly the same issue. So frustrating! It's nothing to do with my internet connection - everything else works perfectly.

I seem to have locked myself out or deleted my Spotify creators account. I loaded a podcast and then attempted to move it to Libsyn and then back again, now I am locked out and cant get back into my user account on Spotify to restore it.
