I was overcharged 2x by Spotify for 35.00 plus 9.99 and they don't reply to emails,fb,tweeter or instagram bull**bleep** COMPANY

It was 32.00 both times dont known where i got 35.00 i know it was 30 something i check my bank statement via my bank app it was 32.00 plus the 9.99 Premium cost

Spotify Support usually replies to all messages within 48 hours.

Well this is not the first time this has happened i was charged in jan 32.00 plus 9.99 i didn't get a response it's really aggravating bc i actually liked Spotify and used it every single day!

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Can you double check your junk folder for any email from @spotify.com?

 

If it's not there, then I'd recommend sending a tweet to @SpotifyCares on Twitter. If you don't have Twitter, then it's best to try this form again.

Let me know if none of these options helped. You should always get an e-mail confirmation after contacting Spotify Customer Support.

I have done all of the above no response twitter,fb,instagram and Spotify support aggregated.com bc it put my bank account into overdraft

Thank you for posting the link. Spotify usually responds within 24-48 hours more often within 24 hours. They usually ask you to send a DM with some account details. If you do that right now, the faster your case will be resolved.

Please send them a DM with:

 - Account name

 - Last 4 digits of your creditcard number

 - Date of Birth
