Hi I've just sign up Spotify premium, but being overcharged for 2 times, pls help to credit the amount into my account.

If your account status still shows as Free on the Subscription page, just check the status of those payments on your bank statement. If they appear as pending/pre-auth/processing, this might explain things: https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/pending-charges/.
