Overdraft Fee

Because of spotify I was charged a 29$ overdraft fee. I asked if they could cover it and the employee who responded only refunded the cost of the subscription. Why is there no phone number if I spoke to a real person about this, this would have been solved so much sooner. Now I'm 29$ in the hole because spotify won't respond to me about the fee.

Can you please let me know your case number so I can check this out?

As mentioned before, we're only able to refund payments or compensate with some Premium time in cases like this. I'm afraid we don't pay for any bank charges which may occur.
