When i enter my cellphone number to upgrade my spotify to premium, i cannot receive the PIN Code on my cellphone number, please help me.

Try inserting your sim to a different phone the repeat the steps. Let us know if that will do the trick..

Hello,

Please type in GETPIN and send to 8823. You will receive a message along
with the list of authorized subscriptions that you allowed. You can type
STOPPIN 1 - usually 1 is for the Spotify.

I'm a smart user too.. i just typed STOPALL to 8823... the GETPIN didn't work for me.

hi, ive already tried to GETPIN on my smart and recieved sms you have allowed etc.. but when i tried on STOPPIN 1 i received a message saying "Failed to stop pin consent: pin consent not found / selected consent is invalid.

I have like 150 on my load balance, im using Globe network but i can't send the "GETPIN" to 8823. It keeps telling me that "Message not Sent" everytime i tried to send it.

I've been trying the GETPIN but it says invalid keyword and to text GETPEER instead. I tried that and it's been sending me the same message all over again: invalid keyword. Like what the fck, they said to text that keyword and when I do, they say it's invalid???

I want to cancel whatever permission I gave Spotify, just to make sure my load won't get wasted when I reload. I thought I could register to the P9 promo, but turns out I can't (and thankfully I didn't have enough load for the P129 shiz so I wasn't registered as well), but I'm afraid once I reload, then it will eat all the load up for that premium sub which I don't want to avail anymore. So I want to stop whatever permission I allowed, but STOPALL GETPIN AND GETPEER WON'T JUST WORK. HELP???
