PLEASE HELP- account subcription

hi! I bought spotify premium about four days ago with itunes. It wont show up on my spotify account. I've tried looking at other peoples posts on here and the answers, but so farnothing has helped. ive gone on the computer and on my i pod. My i pod's subscriptions settings say i have spotify premium and they took the money out of my i tunes account. But spotify says my account is still free. Ive restarted the app, deleted it and got it again, and nothings working. so did i just litteraly loose 12 dollars on this? my month that i bought is ticking down and i cant use it. Please spotify....help me! Thanks!
